China's Automobile Exports Close to Pre-Crisis Level in Jan. 2011 According to China Customs statistics, in January 2011, China exported 55,000 automobiles, which was the peak of monthly export quantity since August 2008, up 63.1% year-on-year, close to the level of pre-crisis corresponding period, down only 1.9% compared with January 2008; the export value reached USD 600 million, up 44.4% year-on-year.
