When they see the rocket blasting off with satellite, the employees of the factory cheer and applaud. Yan Hongtao, an employee of Xingjian Manufactory, says: I’m very proud and excited. The rocket has our systems. Previously, the Ningbo Xingjian Manufactory has supplied for Shenzhou-5, Shenzhou-6 and Shenzhou-7. Chen Wei, project manager, Xingjian Manufactory: The Xichang Satellite Launch Center entrusted us to update 31 pneumoelectric valves of the launching system of the rocket. It was an arduous task for us. The Xingjian Manufactory accomplished the task two days in advance and delivered the equipment to the launching spot. The technicians overcame many difficulties in installation and debugging. The project group has worked very hard on the task. Before the launch of the Chang’e II, Wang Tianhua, a BBQ dealer at a grocer market in Guangdong was most happy. For her the launch is of particular significance, for her son Weng Wanghui is at the launching spot to watch the blast-off. “When the rocket was ignited, we started to cheer. We counted One-Two-Three and Fire. When the rocket blasted off, we just yelled”, said Weng Wanghui. Weng Wanghui was one of the three students and teachers of Ningbo invited to Xichang to watch the live blast-off. They were the lucky dogs coming out in a program named My Moon, the Journey of the Sacred Rocket, jointly organized by CALT and CNIER.
